EP 49: Missing: Madeline McCann

The McCann's can't wait for their trip to Portugal. They are bringing their 3 young children and going with a group of family friends. The days are idyllic- laying out by the pool while the kids play, playing tennis, and after the kids go to bed hanging out at the nearby tapas restaurant. But when the McCann's go to check on their children, one of them is missing. Where is Madeline? And why do we still not have an answer 18 years later?

EP 48: The Tragic College Murder of Alexis Crawford

Alexis Crawford was 21 years old and starting her senior year of college at Clark Atlanta University. It was Halloween weekend when her family reported her missing. They hadn’t heard from her and this was very unlike Alexis. They talked with her everyday. Her body is tragically found 9 days later. A suspect led police to the body and many were shocked to find out who, but even more shocked to find out why. Unfortunately, this case has not been taken to trial yet–six years later. We hope it gets resolved soon and the family can finally get some justice for their daughter.

EP 47: The Unbelievable Story Behind the Unknown Number Documentary

Lauryn and Owen started dating at 13 years old. They both loved sports and did everything together. Even their parents became friends. One year after they start dating, they receive a group text from an unknown number. The number claimed that Owen was going to break up with Lauryn to be with her instead. For 2 weeks, this number continued to text, and suddenly stopped. A year later the texts start up and don't start. They get worse and worse, graphic in nature and telling Lauryn to kill herself. The search for the sender starts to tear this small town apart. No one in town could have guessed who the sender would be.

EP 46: Mostly Harmless: The Bizarre Story of Vance Rodriguez ft Claire!!!

July 23, 2018, two daytime hikers came across a tent, with a body it. Little did they know the story that would unravel. The man did not have any identification with him and appeared to be severely underweight even though there was food and money in his tent. After a woman comes forward who crossed his path, the internet goes wild. But, no one got his real name, only his trail name: Mostly Harmless. For two and half years Mostly Harmless was unidentified until the true crime community and DNA came together to help identify. Although the ending of this case could be described as disappointing, the true crime community was able to put a name to one of the thousands of unidentified people in America.

EP 44: Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino: Sicilian Heroes

Giovanni Falcone and Palo Borsellino have an intertwining history, both born near each other in Palermo, Sicily. Growing up they saw the effects the Sicilian mafia had on their city and their people. Both Falcone and Borsellino both went to the University of Palermo to study law and then became judges. Both joined the anti-mafia pool and became judges in the maxi trial-the biggest trial to convict mafia members. Both Falcone and Borsellino knew the mafia did not like them and wanted them dead. Unfortunately this would ring true and each would meet their end in similar manners at the hands of the Sicilian Mafia. Giovanni Falcone and Palo Borsellino will forever be remembered for the heroes they are that fought with bravery and justice.

EP 43: Alone in the Amazon

In 2023, there was a small plane that took off in Columbia carrying 7 passengers, a pilot, an indigenous leader, a mother, and her 4 children. When the plane went missing over the amazon rain forest, search groups from both the military and indigenous groups of people went searching for the plane. After 15 days, the plane was recovered. Only 3 adult bodies were found. Where were the children?

EP 42: Amy Lynn Bradley: The Cruise Ship Disappearance

Amy Bradley was 23 years old, just got a new job, a new dog and a new apartment when she accompanied her family on a 7 day long cruise around the Caribbean. On day three, the family goes to a fancy dinner and Amy and her 21 year old brother stay up late dancing and partying. They see each other back at the room around 4 am and when her dad wakes up at around 5:30 am Amy is still on the balcony. A half hour later, Amy’s dad wakes up with a bad feeling. Amy is missing. The family does everything they can to locate her right away. With not much help from the cruise ship and the fact that they are overseas, the family runs into many obstacles. Amy is still missing till this day, and over the years there have been sightings. The family is still hopeful that they will be reunited with Amy one day, so baddies, let’s get the word out there because any information big or small could be so helpful in this investigation. Let’s get Amy home!
